Tonight this server (along with some other our US based servers) will be
moved to a different rack within the datacentre between the hours
of 5pm and 9pm EST. Each server will be done separately and downtime
should not exceed 10-15 minutes for each one. This means that Arttrade
Forums and Arttrade Gallery (Natural Colors) will be inaccessible for
a short time.

Hi,

Well, as many of you have probably seen the Forum was down today for about 6 hours,
unfortunately the rack movement didn't change the network problems we had with DC.
So we decided to move many of our servers in a different data center (DC)
(we're going to move them to the same DC which hosts Google, Yahoo, Paypal,
Adobe, Sony Entertainment, AOL, etc. ), so I hope we can rely on better
service and stability.
We apologize for the recent network problems which made the forum inaccessible.
I'm already too tired to go into details, but when the Admins arrange the
movement it will be announced on the forums.

The server migration to a server based at the new DC is scheduled
for this evening. Due to a number of accounts being scheduled it is
not possible to give an exact time but it will be past 5pm UK time.

Please, have in mind that during the movement ARTTRADE Forums will be
disabled. After finishing the migration a new announcement will be
posted here, so please subscribe for this thread. Mass email with the
update will be also sent.

If anyone find difficulties accessing the forums after the migration
use CTRL+F5 or Run > ipconfig /flushdns > Enter to clear your cache.

Hope we haven't lost anyone on the way to the new server.
