The forum was offline for a few hours today because of the
problem with this server.

We apologies for this inconvenience!

:) Hi Neo - Thought you had problems or something cos I was trying to get on it - but I had had problems too with my server from yesterday and wasn't too sure whether it was still mine. Glad you've managed to sort it :manoyes: I mean what would we do without talking to you all. I would miss not being able to get on this site and talking to all you lovely people :) :D

Yes, sometimes it happens with the servers. :) Glad you have again tried
to access the site. :(

but I had had problems too with my server from yesterday and wasn't too sure whether it was still mine.

Which server do you mean? This where Decorativeideas is hosted?
We always notify our customers on our hosting support forum what is the
reason for the downtime (if there is any). Don't your admins do the same?

Glad you've managed to sort it  :manoyes:

Of course! Our admins are the best in Europe! ;)

Hey, the same here! We have few active Members but we appreciate what
they do for Arttrade!

:surrender: Hi Neo - I couldn't get on to the internet at all it kept saying "cannot find server/res/c/windows/system32/shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm" - I've never seen that before and didn't know what it meant so I went into Tools/Internet Options/Connections/LAN Settings and then 'clicked OK' on 'Automatically detect settings'. It did the job - but I have never had to do this before!

Then of course once I got connected I was trying to get on Arttrade and I couldn't but got on others when I was testing it - so I thought then Arttrade may have had some problems. :tease: You know me and computers I'm not the 'brightest spark' on them :surrender:
