Hi all,ok just thought that i would announce here that i have a new site,my thks to Neo for his patience and help in putting together,as i am not very puter literate.As most of you know i am a blogger,so this is a combination of blog and gallery,with wip etc.I am thinking of adding some new pages but havnt got round to that yet.The site does contain some older works from some years ago,and probably has not been seen before,as well as some new stuff plus my ramblings,so please do visit,post a comment if you want,and bookmark me.K if you click on signature at bottom of this post,should take you straight there.Enjoy and thankyou

Hey, the site is wonderful , well chosen colours and clean design, good work Kim! Maybe it needs a new header, but this one also looks good, love the colour combination!

Thks Deco,input is always apreciated.When you say new header,do you mean like title of site?I was thinking instead of having it in my name,having something else which is maybe more descriptive.I usually go for "coloured pencil and graphite art" which i have used elsewhere,or there is the "paper memories"which our very own Graeme thought of it,or i am completely of track thoughts welcome.

I didn't exactly mean a new title, but something for the background on the header, it may be a collage of your works or a header, specially designed/drawn by you for the site.
Probably you've seen I made a special design of my site, so I was talking about it.
Think in this way the site will look more artistic and will be more unique.

This is you totally As we have chatted over the months about different things and got to know each other. I feel I can say looking at your site you have captured yourself within you new site skilfully in the colours, words and the layout of it. Well done it is excellent .

Hi Deco,had a feeling that is what you might of meant,was not sure,but doing that might be my skill,but i will have a think about it and see if it is possible.

Thks Clare,yep think we have got to one another quite well,which is great But i had a think this morning, and have decided to take off the wip folder simply as i dont think i am going to have the time to put it to good use,so instead i am going to have a pastel folder and one for my fantasy/myth pics which i feel will be much more used.Cant have a site without my new ideas and new meduims on show now can i?

I'm sure it's possible , you only need the real size of the header image in pixels, then you can increase its scale, because the images are usually too small and it's difficult to draw in such size. Then you need a scaned image of good quality to upload in the correct place.

Wow Graeme you are so talented, i would not even know where to start with something like this,i love it.So if i were to use this particular header(btw i was thinking Paper Memories is a much nicer and interesting title and you have just confirmed it for me)how would this be put on to site,i am thinking it is all about html code?
