sorry I may have missled you with my previous post :)

I think we all understand that there is no real risk to this venture, its just that we also happen to be paranoid arty types :D

I also think that you may be surprised by the eventual uptake but it will be a last minute thing, and, in my case at least, I will at some point fortify my courage with a  or two and take the plunge

OK - I've done it! Enjoy! (Writing the statement was harder than painting the damn things!)

Im definately with Deco and Neo on this. If you don't try, you will never know!

With regards to being paranoid arty types, I would say, don't let it worry you. The fact is, you do what you do because you love it - that will show in your work.

Life is way too short to worry over such things. You know within yourself if you have done the best you can, so just get yourself out there, and whatever happens, happens - you have nothing to loose. Even if your work dosn't sell right away, you still have the satisfaction of knowing, that at least it is being seen. That in itself is an achievement.

Good luck everyone!

P.S. thankyou Deco for the kind words. :D

Nice work Peter! 'Orange' is a real cracker - love it!

Rosie, you're paintings are wonderful! You have an amazing feel for colour, and your style really stands out. :)

Just seen this thread. I am interested and will post something over the next few days. How long have we got to post our artwork?

Hi Deco and Neo.
I have just uploaded my submissions for the catalogue, I hope everything is ok. All my works are un-mounted and un-framed, do I need to add these two facts to the descriptions?

Hi Darrell,
Thank you for the submissions! Everything seems OK! :)
You have great works! :cheer:

It would be better, but not obligatory. ;)

Thanks for the advice Neo.

Just out of curiosity, when the catalogue is put together and completed, will we be able to see it in all it's glory? Also, will it be possible for us to have a list of the galleries that have recieved the catalogue, as it would be exciting to know who, and where in the world has seen our work.
