Free hosting for artists - some changes

Due to the fact that all free accounts are going to be
moved to a new server in new DC all free hosting
account resources will be also changed.

New hosting package for artists will be with 100 MB disk
quota/1000 MB monthly transfer.

Condition of use - change

This offer will be only available for artists
whose Total cumulative posts per day are not less than 1.
i.e. a minimum 30 posts monthly.
