Took about 8 hours, off & on. Finally made it back here. this is the first of several drawings yet to post. let me know what you think. It's a composition of 3 different pictures.
Remember to always charge forward, but trot away.

Nice to see something new from you. Looks great as always
Chiaroscuro and style are excellent although I think the likeness
isn't so close to the original, just my opinion.
Hope you are well and everything's fine with you.

Throughout the process of doing this one, he actually looked like 3 different people. This was the closest I got. I always seem to get close but just can't seem to capture them completely.
Remember to always charge forward, but trot away.

I wish I could do that!!!
Nice to have you back,also. I'm afraid my painting time will be limited from now on as I'll be working full time in our Greenhouse Business. I'll always find time to tune in and check on others' work...

PS. Some of our Flower arrangements for sale. These trailing petunias are planted in Grow Bags about 20 in. long, and will trail ay least 30 in.

I think you're doing very well with drawing and likeness isn't
the most important thing plus I remember some of your portraits that
were really successful and once you see them you can say who's that.
