this is my latest drawing, i finished it last night after a couple weeks off and on.
i'm pretty happy with it, but i think i'll refine it some.
i think i might enter it into a contest if i can find one that's appropriate.
anyways, tell me what you think!
critiques are definitely a plus.

It's an excellent work kc7655, well done

The only thing I can suggest is to darken the
back of the neck which now is a bit light and distracts
the attention from the face, ie if the light's from the right
side up the neck should be a bit in a shadow. What you think?

I think you've done great work on this one, it shows excellent
knowledge of anatomy and very good sense of chiaroscuro

What material you've used - charcoal again?

i think you're probably right deco.
the back of the neck is light in the picture, but it does seem to
throw off the way it looks.
and yeah, i used 99% charcoal for this one(just a smidge of pencil on the collar).

Hi KC7655 - What a great drawing - fantastic. I wish I could do something like this but alas I blooming can't - ah well it wouldn't do for us all to be able to draw the same thing would it. So I suppose I have to be grateful for 'small mercies'.
