Hi,

First of all read carefully the cPanel documentation
(this will help you to understand how does cPanel works):
cPanel GUIDE .

If you want to install some of Preinstalled scripts in the Main menu
(in cPanel) click on Preinstalled Scripts >>>Fantastico. Choose the
script that you want to install and click on "New Installation".
Follow the instructions.

Fantastico will install automatically the script! You have to configure
manually the already installed script according to your needs.

We support only hosting services but not third party scripts, so if you
have have any questions about the installed script, please, direct them
to script makers (link to their site you can find in Fantastico, in the
directory of each one script).

If you have home page you have to upload it using File manager or FTP
client and upload all public files in folder /public_html .
