Hi Macygal, I think the full title to this is Dancing Capuchins I. This style of painting by Matisse is not my thing, I like his drawings and the Blue Nudes, and also the "drawing with scissors" that he did.
As far as analysis is concerned, I think people have their own opinions of paintings. I like to paint what I paint, breaking it down defeats the object of simply enjoying a piece or accepting that a piece does nothing for you............over-complicating the art!! H x
