Hi Stickmaker and Deco manoyes.gif
Thank you for your kind remarks. I really appreciate your feed back
I've had a very sad last few months . We lost our son-in-law to kidney failure and other complications
due to medications he needed to take for heart rejection. He had a heart transplant almost 5 years ago
He passed away on Sept. 11 th. he'd been sick most of summer. I didn't say anything at the time because I didn't want to take away from the happy occasion of Denise's wedding. We are slowly getting back to a normal routine. I'm glad I have a hobby like painting and Floral arrangements, it's the best therapy .
I;m also grateful for groups like this , it's almost like family.
This is another one I did recently . I've added a few extras since I took this photo. I tried to take a photo
after varnishing but there was too much glare. I added some firewood to the right side of the path, etc.

Hi Della,

Sorry to hear you lost your son-in-law,
like Stickmaker I also can only offer my sincere condolences.
It's good you find consolation in your hobbies at least you've got something
that keeps you busy.
I like your new painting, thanks for sharing with us, it's an excellent autumn painting. smile.gif
Thank you also for the nice words about the forum,
I'm glad you think of us as your friends smile.gif

cheer.gif Thanks Deco for pointing me to this topic. All I can say Deedee is that you know I have been having and still having computer problems. And... I think I have not seen a few other topics either so forgive me if this is one of them. Also thank you for 'welcoming' me back. Hopefully in a few days more I will have a nice new computer smile.gif

I am really sorry for your sad loss of your Son in Law and for you not mentioning it before because of 'taking away my happy occasion' - thank you for being so considerate. But I feel awful now. blink.gif Please accept mine and Ken's condolences sad.gif I wish you felt you could have told us and it is so nice that you think of the people on the forum as 'family' - that is lovely biggrin.gif We miss you too when your not on dry.gif

Anyway as regards your artwork they are both beautiful pictures although I do prefer the 1st one out of the two.
